We take pride in the quality and workmanship of the merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase for any reason at all, you’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back, free of charge, for a refund or exchange.

Items must be sent back in their original condition, and packages must include original packaging and packing slip. JewelOnFire will process your return/exchange upon receipt and inspection of the package. JewelOnFire must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged or otherwise suffered excessive wear and tear during the 30-day period. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. JewelOnFire is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

To make a return or exchange, please contact customer support at 1-800-807-2220 between 9:30am EST and  6pm EST or email us at support@JewelOnFire.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return label along with further instructions. When you are sending your return, please make sure the RMA number you were provided with is written on the packing slip and the packing slip is included in your shipment so you can receive your refund in a timely manner.

Please be aware that some items are not returnable. The following types of items are excluded from the above returns and exchanges policy:

  • Final sale items

  • Body-piercing jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Other excluded items, as noted in the product description
