The JewelOnFire guarantee is simple and straightforward: If something is wrong with the item you ordered due to faulty workmanship, we will take care of fixing or replacing it for free. It’s a fair way of doing business.
That being said, precious metals do erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, or if a resizing is required, repairs can be made in house by our expert staff for a fee. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the level of work required. Any work performed by a jeweler other than JewelOnFire automatically voids the warranty.
Please be aware that this warranty is not the same thing as insurance and does not constitute any of the same guarantees that an insurance policy would. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the JewelOnFire warranty.

If you decide to return your purchase for any reason at all, you’ll have 60 days from the date of delivery to send it back, free of charge, for a refund or exchange.
Items must be sent back in their original condition, and packages must include original packaging and packing slip.
JewelOnFire will process your return/exchange upon receipt and inspection of the package. JewelOnFire must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged or otherwise suffered excessive wear and tear during the 60-day period. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. JewelOnFire is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
To make a return or exchange, please contact customer support at 1-800-807-2220 between 9:30am EST and 6pm EST or email us at email@example.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return label along with further instructions. When you are sending your return, please make sure the RMA number you were provided with is written on the packing slip and the packing slip is included in your shipment so you can receive your refund in a timely manner.
